We are glad you are visiting our site and considering registering to join us in studying God’s word, “the lamp to our feet and light to our path.” (Ps. 119:105). We are a woman’s study composed of both in-person and Zoom groups. The in-person meeting takes place on Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:30 AM. The Zoom group is currently offered on Thurs. mornings at 9:30 am.

Our Damascus/Mt. Airy class has been meeting since 1980 at various “host churches” in the area. We moved from Damascus to Mt. Airy in the fall of 2010 to our current “home” at Mt. Airy Baptist Church on N. Main Street. We hope you will join us!

Next Gen Ministry

Our Children's Ministry is on Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:30. We serve babies through 7th grade. Our prayer here is that God will work in and through us at CBS to minister to the children and draw them to Himself through our program of teaching, crafts, music, prayer, and more. Our older children who are reading and writing are part of our PJ's group. They have an adapted adult curriculum. This year we are studying the book of Genesis chapters 1-22 and the book of Job. Their program also includes Core Group time, prayer, memory verse activities, music, games and craft projects that reinforce each lesson's Bible Truth and Challenge. "Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it." Proverbs 22:6 We will begin this years program on Thursday, September 10th at 9:30. We hope to see you there!
